The Reinstatement of Fairway Forest Townhomes Association is Complete! I’m not going to go into the reasons why the Former Officers and Directors of the FFT HOA let our HOA fall out of good-standing with the State of Texas, but we did. The current Board of Directors & Officers have been working to fix all areas of our Townhomes and the Board itself was one of the biggest problems. We are now back in full good-standing with the State of Texas. This means we actually, truly have the authority to enforce our By-Laws and Master Declarations and their addendums and any Policies the Board of Directors create.

We have eliminated seven violations in the last six months which is the last of the VIOLATIONS. The Board of the FFT HOA still has a lot of work to do including cleaning our townhomes, restoring lost dirt from past floods and beautifying the property. We are all VOLUNTEERS.
