  1. Unit #201 Repairs – still unknown status and may have to move to full violation. Asked many times for updates. Same two Racoons feeding on Connie’s Porch #302, flee to Brick Wall Under David’s #301 and Live in Roof of #201. Connie’s Lattice and it will be destroyed again if ALL PARTIES, #201, #301 and #302 Don’t Fix Respectively
  2. Chimney Cap Replacements – 3 out of reported 5 are repaired. Others in progress.
  3. Landscaping improvements (In Progress
  4. Fairway Forest Townhomes Homeowners Association State of Texas Corporate Status
  5. New Mailbox #408 for FFT HOA. Related issues to this.
  6. Repairing Front, Main Driveway to drain area by grading a drain to the West of main driveway.
  7. Illegal Drug Use on Outside of Units and FFT HOA Response to Reports
  8. Illegal Drug Dealing observed routinely at Jack’s Convenience store and also noted by FCPOA.
  9. Resignation of Carolyn Russell as Vice-President
  10. New Website “fairwayforest.org” fully up and running. More updates coming.
  11. July 1, 2024, the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act became the in Texas. We respect owner’s privacy.
